- Figurines.net ships from New York via USPS standard shipping. Items are usually shipped within 1 to 3 days after receiving payment, except for custom items. In order to review your order status, please log in with the username and password you purchased your product with and go to your "MyAccount" page. In case of custom items or special requests, please contact us at sales@figurines.net.

- Returns & Replacements
- Any item received damaged will be replaced immediately or can be returned for a full refund. Please return any item to Figurines.net, 1333A North Ave, #322, New Rochelle, NY, 10804. Please request for a refund by e-mail you wish to return the item so that your account can be properly credited.
- When will my Credit Card be charged?
- Once the item purchased is available for shipment, your Credit Card will be charged and you will get udpated via email.
- How can I view the status of my orders?
- You can view the status of your orders through your "MyAccount" page. Once your order is shipped you'll be able to view the status of your shippment in USPS using the tracking code. To view your order go to: My Orders --> Choose Order --> Shipments.
